Friends and Cotton Day!!!

Yesterday morning my good friends from Galveston that I grew up and have known since first grade came to meet the girls. Melissa and her daughter, Avril, and Melissa's mom, Lisa. They were my neighbors in Galveston and Lisa was my girl scout leader! Melissa's sister, Amy, was in my grade, but she lives farther away, so she wasn't here. It was so much fun visiting with them and I was so happy they came by to meet the girls!!! Melissa's daughter loved to kiss the girls. She was so cute! She even liked to lay down next to them on the loungers. It was a fun visit! Can't wait for them to come again!!! =-)

Yesterday afternoon, Mommy and the girls took a ride out to the Terrell Farm to take pictures with the cotton while they were bailing it. We met up with Great Grandpa, Great Uncle Bill, Grandma and Daddy. We had to drive through some muddy parts of the road, so I guess you could say that was the first time the girls have gone mudding! It was also the first time the Natalie and Meagan had been out to the family farm! We took picture all the around the farm, even in an old train depot that Great Uncle Bill had fixed up. We had a great time!! We were tired afterwards and Mommy had to go wash her car that night, it was pretty dusty! What a great day!!
