Turning 2 1/2 Years Old!!

Saturday, January 14th, the girls turned 30 months old today!! I can't believe they are two and a half. We had a busy day. First I took some pictures of them for their 2 1/2 year birthday and then Daddy, the girls and I headed to Powersports for Connor's 3rd birthday party (a friend of theirs from gymnastics class). It was so much fun!! The girls loved getting to run around and play with all the equipment. They had pizza and cupcakes and then we got to play with a parachute, Daddy and I even got to do it. We said bye to Connor and his parents and then we headed up to Navasota to Gus and Kourtney's house for little Cooper's one year old birthday party. It was fun visiting and I loved watching the girls play with the bubbles with Cooper. The girls again got to eat a cupcake. We then took the girls over to LaLa's house and she watched them and took a nap with them while Daddy and I went to U Paint It to paint a platter for Tara and Jason. After we were done with that, we went back to LaLa's to pick up the girls. We drove to Cracker Barrel to eat some dinner (we all got breakfast to eat). Yummy! Then we went to Target and got the girls an indoor trampoline to play on. We came home and set it up! Oh boy, do the girls like it!! It was a great day!

Sunday, we relaxed at home in the morning and then around lunch time, we went to visit with Grandma LaLa at her house for just a little bit. Then we said bye and Daddy, the girls and I drove up to The Woodlands to get the girls hair cut at the mall. It turned out really cute!! They both did such an awesome job sitting in their chairs and watching the cartoon! They even got glitter in their hair! We then ate some lunch their and then drove over to Celeste and Kelly's. The girls got to play with Cade and they even helped feed baby Hollan. It was sweet! Natalie is more into the baby then Meagan is. We hung out with Terrell and Celeste. It was fun! Celeste even made Chicken and Dumplings. Kelly came to the house a little later and hung out. We all played with Cade and the girls for little bit and then it was time to come home. We had a great weekend.

Monday, we just hung out at the house and played with new playdough and we colored a lot, even our cardboard house. The girls love their new trampoline, especially Natalie. It is the first thing that she wants to play on when she wakes up. Meagan always wants to play with her blocks first to make flowers. I took the girls with me to the gym in the afternoon and took them to the daycare there. Daddy came there to! I did a Zumba class, my first one. It was hard work, but I liked it! Daddy came home when we did and then we all had some dinner.

Wednesday, I took the girls to their gymnastics class and they of course had a lot of fun! I love after class, when they come running up to me to give me their paper and give me some hugs! We left there and we went to Free Birds to meet Celeste, Terrell and Hollan for lunch. The girls did a great job! They came over to our house and Terrell and Hollan got to visit with us while Celeste went to the Court House to do some work. We had a good time. I was even playing with Hollan, making her smile and we think that Natalie got a little jealous. It was cute! It was fun to have them over for the afternoon. When Celeste came back, they followed us out to Harry's farm. We wanted to look at his place to see what we thought about having Terrell's wedding out there. It is nice, they have really fixed it up. We then said bye to them and they headed back to The Woodlands. I took the girls over to Grandma's house and they played for a little bit. Then we all went to church dinner and Daddy met us there. It was again yummy food and everyone enjoyed seeing the girls. The girls never eat that much there, but they sure do eat the dessert! They liked playing on the piano and the curtains there. We had a good time with Great Grandpa and Grandma. We came home and got the girls ready for bed. We have had a great week!
