Monday, Nov. 22, we just stayed home and played all day. Natalie is still not a big fan of Meagan right now while she is playing with toys. She always thinks Meagan is going to come get what she is playing with. Meagan likes to find all the ducks in their books and she always says 'quack quack'. Daddy came home and we all went to Santa's Wonderland. It was the girls first time to go and our first time in Santa's Town. It was nice, hardly any people and the weather was great. We got the girls picture taken with Santa. Natalie cried right away and Meagan just sat there confused about whether she should cry or not. This Santa had a Texas Cowboy Hat on. We walked around a little bit after the picture and we took a picture with Frosty the Snowman. We then took the girls to the petting zoo, which they loved so much. We kind of let them roam around. There were even some goats in there. There were also some ducks, a calf, goats, deer, kangaroo, camel, rabbits, pigs and sheep. We stayed in there for a little while, they were enjoying themselves so much. We then went on our hayride to drive under all the pretty Christmas lights. The girls were a little wild on that because they wanted to get down and walk, but they loved looking at the lights. We came home pretty soon after that. We had a great family time!! Both girls love Elmo from Sesame Street right now and we put an Elmo shirt on Natalie and we could tell Meagan wanted that shirt on for bedtime.
Tuesday, Natalie is still whiny towards Meagan, but I really think it has to do with her fifth tooth coming in right now. I counted Meagan's teeth and she already has 12 teeth!! I walked the girls down to a nearby park and they played on the playscape and we found some really big acorns and we through those like balls. They are such good explores on the playground. We walked back home and pretty soon after that Grandma came over and we ran a couple of errands. We picked up Great Grandpa's glasses, went to Target and we ate lunch at Cracker Barrel. Natalie was not acting herself there. Pretty much both of the girls food was all over the floor!! They were just tired and fussy, but we got through it. The girls fell asleep in the car and then we drove to James Avery and then went and talked to Monica about a shower cake that Grandma is throwing for Rachel at work. We came home and said bye to Grandma. We stayed home the rest of the day. Found out today that Natalie can now open the oven door, so we will need to get a lock for that!! Daddy had a meeting tonight, so I had fun getting the girls ready for bed and they had a blast in the tub!! Daddy came home while I was rocking them, so he rocked them and put them to bed.
Wednesday, I packed in the morning and played with girls. We then headed to Daddy's work and we followed him to Grandma's house and he then rode with us to meet Grandma for some Mexican food. We saw Woody and Kathy there. We ate and then said bye to Grandma and we headed out of town to Opa and Oma's. Everyone slept in the car while I drove. The traffic was kind of bad. Got to their house and saw Opie and Kenny on the way in planting a tree. We went into the house and played and ate dinner. We had a good time! We were all happy to be out of the car. Oma bought them some ducks for their bath, so they played with them while Oma bathed them. Once they were ready for bed, we let them stay up later to play a little.

Thursday, Thanksgiving Day, we played with the girls in the morning. Meagan busted her top lip a little bit and we didn't even noticed it until after we took some pictures. We watched a little bit of the Thanksgiving Day Macy's Parade on TV. We went outside to visit with King, the dog, and saw the cows and their new calves. The stickers were bad out there. The girls were wearing cute turkey dresses. Great Uncle Kenny came over for a little bit and then he headed out when Oma, Opa and us four left to go to Cousin Farren's for Thanksgivinig lunch. It was Farren, Blaine, Kenzlyn, Andrea, Huntleigh, Bernice, Hans, Betty Ann and all of us. It was a good crowd!! :) Kenzlyn loved to hold and carry Natalie, but Natalie didn't like it too much, she kept crying. We think she was just tired and wanted to be left alone. Huntleigh and Kenzlyn loved playing with the girls!! They loved swinging outside on the swings. The girls got to eat their first Thanksgiving meal, they were to young last year!! I was so impressed that Meagan loved the dressing!! It is the best dressing in the world and I got the recipe today!!! We visited a little bit after we ate and Andrea gave me a bunch of Huntleigh's old clothes for the girls. Opa and Daddy took the girls back to the house, while Oma and I went to Wal-Mart in town. Oma bought the girls a ball and two strollers. We came back home and the girls still hadn't napped, so we got them up and they played with the new toys. They loved the strollers!! Daddy and I went into town to buy his cheese dip ingredients. We came back home and Tara and Jason showed up a little while later. We ate dinner and watched the A&M vs. Texas football game, which A&M won 24 - 17, yay!!
Friday, Meagan woke up early with Oma this morning and made tons of noise, I was not a happy camper, I was tired!! We hung out with everyone at the house in the morning playing with the girls. Then around lunch time, Opa and Oma watched the girls while Tara, Jason, Daddy and I went to shop on Main Street. We also ate lunch at the Buffalo Nickle, the food was pretty good. We came home after that and then a little while later we loaded up the girls and followed Tara and Jason out to Curtis and Sandra's house to visit with all of them! Easton has grown so much!! So has Jacquelyn. We had a great time watching the kids play!! We all came home and ate dinner, all sitting at the table together. It was a nice family moment! We gave the girls their bath and then they had fun running up and down the hallway. Then it was time for bed! We were all tired!! Some fun things the girls are doing right now: Both copy eachother, if one girl gets hurt and cries then the other one will act like she is hurt and cries to (they both want the attention). Meagan likes to lay on the floor and slides on her tummy. We tell Natalie to put her head or hair on the floor, so she bends over and puts her head on the floor and we help her do a somersault. Both love to put stuffed animals into their new strollers and push them around and for some reason Meagan always likes to take the one Natalie has. Silly girls! Both girls know where their faces are. We will ask them to touch their face and they rub their hand on their face.
Saturday, we relaxed a little in the morning and then we started getting ready for Opa's side of the family to come over that afternoon. Played with the girls and Dennis and Randy came over a little early and helped, but then they headed out for a little bit. While the girls took their naps, we helped set up some more and got some food ready. We got the girls up and dressed and took them outside to see the dog and Opa and Daddy gave them rides on a little wagon today. While we were outside, Cousin Jay showed up and then Janet and Tyler, Cindy and Richard, Sandra, Dennis and Randy, Omie and Opie, Jazz, Heather, Brandon, South, Bridges, Asher, Ema and Brandon's mom and then Holly, Mitchell, Brady, Will and Luke. Even Kris showed up, we haven't seen him since 2005, so it was the first time for him to meet the girls!! We visited with everyone a little bit, but the girls kept us pretty busy!! Heather helped us alot!! The girls liked watching the older kids. We fed the girls and then they played for a little bit. Heather helped bath them and Ema got to shampoo their hair. That was really cute!! Meagan fell asleep with Daddy and Natalie was rocked by Oma and Tara! I went to visit with everyone and I stood by the fire outside, so the kids weren't by themselves. Everyone headed out and we all just got ready for bed. It was good to see everyone!!!
Sunday, we got up and ate breakfast with Tara, Jason, Opa, Oma and Daddy. I loaded up the car and we said our goodbyes. We had such a great Thanksgiving with the family!!! I drove my family to Grandma's house to visit with Grandma and Aunt Terrell. We played and ate lunch together. Pretty soon after we ate, Celeste, Kelly and Cade came over. The girls wanted to play with Cade right away. Meagan likes to follow Cade!! Daddy and I left for a little bit to go to Gus and Kourtney's baby shower over at Tim and Erin's. We had a good time talking to friends and seeing everyone. It was a nice shower. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we had to get back to visit with the family. While we were gone, Terrell took all the kids outside and played. She said they had a great time! We hung out for a little bit and all the woman in the house exchanged ornaments and recipes. It was fun! Grandma got all of the grandkids hallmark ornaments and a small tree with nice advent calendar holders and little ornaments for each day until Christmas to put on the little tree. :) What a neat tradition to start with the kids. We then loaded up the kids and said bye to Grandma and Daddy. Terrell rode with me and we followed Kelly, Celeste and Cade to their house and ate dinner and spent the night. All the kiddos got to take a bath together. They had fun and of course Meagan wanted to play with Cade in the tub. Celeste read all the kids a book a couple of times and then we put them to bed. We stayed up and talked about Christmas plans. We had a great day!!! :) What a great Thanksgiving!!!
