Thursday, Oct. 18th, the girls had school which they always love to go to. I love that, they have never not wanted to go!! :) Hope it stays that way!! After school we came home and got ready for dance and they had a great time at dance. Natalie keeps listening better and better. We came home and I cooked some dinner for the family!
Friday, we just stayed at home all day because I knew were doing a lot this weekend! We played inside and watched TV. When Daddy got home, he got us some dinner. And he played with the girls for a while.
Saturday, the girls and I met up with Jessica, Cameron and Avery and her friend Sarah with her family at the park. All the kiddos played great together and played in the rock pretty much the whole time. We had a great time, so we decided to continue our fun at Chick-fil-a. This Chick-fil-a had an outdoor area and it was such a pretty day outside, so the kids had so much fun playing. We ate there to and Jessica's husband met us there to. After we played, we said our goodbyes and the girls and I took home some food for Daddy, who was at home watching the Aggie Football game against LSU. The girls and I watched with him and played, but the Aggies ended up losing. Daddy played a video game with the girls and then all four of us went to the Farm Patch in Bryan to pick out some pumpkins and to play in the maze. We ran into Kelly and her family there. We then left there and went to Grand Station to play some games and win some prizes. We had a good family time there. We left and then ate at Casa Rod and then went to the new Verizon store and we ordered the new IPhone 5 for myself, yay!! Can't wait to get it!! We ran into a teacher I used to work with there, Cindy. It was good to see her! Meagan and Natalie were so funny in the store and Meagan kept looking at herself in the window and would say 'Shake Your Booty' and she would do it. It was so funny! We came home after that. Busy afternoon!
Sunday, Daddy, the girls and I all went to the Methodist church, at the early morning service. I love that church, we really get so much out of going there. The girls had fun in the nursery. We ran into Kody, Kayla and Kolton there and talked to them for a little bit. It was good to see them! We are finding out there are a lot of people we know that go to this church!! I love it! We went through the McDonald's drive through and got some breakfast to take home, yum! We ate and then played for a little bit, then we headed out to Dewberry Farms. We got in and took the girls to play on a couple of things really fast and then to the playground where we met up with Melissa, Avril and Zack and then her friend, Kim and her family. We talked for a little, but we had to keep an eye on the kiddos. We went our own ways to eat and play. The girls loved the jumping pillows!! After that we met up with Melissa again at the Duck Race and Pig Race and we walked through the barn with them and took a group picture. We talked and then said bye to them. We did a couple more activities and then we headed out to LaLa's house. When we got to LaLa's, she was making some good dinner casserole. Daddy went to work for a little bit and the girls helped LaLa make some cupcakes. Everything turned out great. The girls played with the marbles and arrowheads they got from the farm and also 'the big phone'. We got them ready for bed there and then headed home. We had a great family weekend!!
Monday, we played at home all day and I even got the laundry done!! I dressed up the girls in their Halloween outfits for the first time, Natalie is a black kitty cat and Meagan a Dalmatian, so cute. Then I took them to gymnastics in their outfits and they were the only kids dressed up, oh well, the teachers were dressed up!! They did sack races, big slide, trampoline, balance beams, bars and face painting. They had a great time!! We came home and had some dinner and Daddy came home to play!!
Tuesday, I took the girls to school and they talked to me about when to put them in the same room again, so we agreed to do it the week after Halloween, that way Meagan could say bye to her friends. She is going to miss Shelbee so much!! I feel bad for her!! After school today, the girls went to Target with me and then to the grocery store. We had a good time looking at toys and books. We came home and practiced the bible verses for Awana tomorrow and did a project. We played and Daddy came home and we ate dinner. Then the girls helped me sweep and clean up, which is usually hard for me to get them to do. We had a good night.
Wednesday, the girls helped me with some projects in the morning, like putting together their goody bags for school next week. We then met up with Alicia and her three kids at the library for storytime. The librarian read a lot of books about Pumpkins. After that we all picked up lunch from Sonic and took it to the Woodland Hills park and the girls played kitty cats with Olivia, Elizabeth and Andrew. They played great together, it was sweet. Alicia and I actually had time to talk and eat. We stayed at the park for about two hours it was so much fun. We said bye to them and then came home and rested for a little bit and played. That evening as soon as Daddy got home, we took the girls to Awana and then Daddy and I went to eat dinner at Blue Baker and also went to Bed, Bath and Beyond and saw Cousin Allison there. We left and went to pick up the girls and they got more stickers in their Cubbies books and each a lamb patch for their vests. They are always so happy they earn something!! *By the way, Meagan has been pooping in the potty great now, she even told me today before she went, yay!! And Natalie is still doing great all day and all night!! Now to just get Meagan trained during the night and we will be good!! :) Tonight Natalie was telling Daddy that she didn't want him to go to work like she always does, but she also told him tonight 'If you love me, you won't go to work', so sad and sweet at the same time. She is so funny!
